Custom Ink's platform is really easy to work with, and they had a wide variety of products to choose from. I do wish that there was a way to show where the design will end up once a person is actually wearing the clothes. If there could be a photo of a model wearing the pants, where the pants have a grid pattern in the available spot for a design, that would be great as reference when im making the design.

Awesome experience. This was my first time with a t-shirt design process. I had help but the experience was not overwhelming. The software was easy to use and the I was so Happy that your company had ALL the sizes I requested. Customer service was professional and timely. The updates and calls were greatly appreciated. This made the process so much smoother. The shirts fit just right. Thanks again for all your help. I will be using your company again!!!!

Items arrived on time according to date specie in the order. No issues with the product so far. I'm not selling until a few months out though.

For being such a large, online only tee shirt broker, they have the BEST customer service! Also, their prices are always reasonable.

I had a great experience with this company, and especially with Taylor, who I worked with directly. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I ended up needing to have my entire shirt order redone because the color shown online didn’t match what was received due to lighting differences. Taylor handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and care. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and it truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. THANKS Taylor! 🥰
