I think for T-shirts and soft, unbreakable items, this is a great company. But we ordered items that needed to be shipped in a padded and safe package, and Custom Ink did not do that, damaging some of the inside items. When spending hundreds of dollars on items, one might think that more care would be taken to ship them.
