I enjoyed working with the website to craft my designs. Item placement, in particular on the shoulder, could be improved. There were also times when information on the website was not updated to match email correspondence. ... I spoke with customer service staff on a few occasions and each time was an excellent experience. The system allowed for entering a phone number to receive a call back, and the staff was very responsive in doing their best to answer questions and resolve issues.

I chose a forest green for the design and called to verify that it was forest green. The final result was lighter than forest green and a bit disappointing since I called to confirm. There was one shirt for which the print was smeared. We need to request a replacement for that.

The bandanas I received were extremely disappointing and not at all suitable for my event. The material feels very cheap and is so thin that it is see-through, which makes the final product look low-quality and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the quality is far below what I expected, and I won’t be using them for my event. I’m honestly embarrassed by how they turned out. At this point, they are more likely to be used as disposable napkins than as the event bandanas I ordered. I’m very disappointed with the final product and would not recommend this item based on my experience.

Their sales team is amazing. The customizer app doesn't even have a sleeve option for custom graphics but my sales person was able to add it anyway. LOVE IT
