I came to "custom ink" because I wanted a screen printed shirt. I did not want htv film. If that was the case I could have ordered from someplace else, much cheaper. I was very disappointed to receive an htv shirt that feels terrible. The shirt I chose and paid I believe to upgrade is great. But the htv, terrible. I would gladly pay another $10 to $20 more for screen printed. Somewhere on your site it needs to say "this is htv, this is NOT screen printed". I did not see that anywhere. If I had, I would not have ordered. I won't be wearing this shirt and I won't be ordering from you again. I ended up ordering one from Amazon. If that one sucks then get to return it for free for a full refund.
