Quality of material but the most impressive is the digital print. The digital print quality is superb and will last many washes. Couldn't stand by another company more than Custom Ink. Quality you can count on!

I desperately needed to change an item on the design that rendered the product unusable. Although the item was not printed yet, Custom Ink refused to stop the process. So, I have 200 koozies going in the garbage. My advice is make double certain that you are ready to print before you say "Go"

The team was super helpful and made sure we were good to go before I got off the phone with them. I did have to wait for a while on hold because they were busy, but not necessarily their fault. I appreciated they took the time to make sure my stuff was going to print clearly.

I have been a customer for many years, and have always been happy with my custom t-shirts, they are expensive to buy one at a time., but that's the price of having a unique item. This time however the design and print quality were way off: to dark and contained orange hues that were not in the original designs. I'm not sure what happened, I am hoping for resolution.
