I have been a customer for many years, and have always been happy with my custom t-shirts, they are expensive to buy one at a time., but that's the price of having a unique item. This time however the design and print quality were way off: to dark and contained orange hues that were not in the original designs. I'm not sure what happened, I am hoping for resolution.

I was really happy with my experience with Custom Ink. We had to make a last minute order request due to swapping printers last second. We were able to rush our order and it would only take a few days. Since it was last minute, I anxiously chatted in as well probably once a day just to make sure that the order was still on track and they were so friendly with me. I felt informed and they are a very reliable company.

Custom Ink has been great to work with - this is my fourth order with the company and I'm a fan. Overall, I rate everything a 7/10. The image being very dark was disappointing for $30, especially since I don't have time to ask for an exchange or some sort of "fix" before I actually will need it.
