Very happy with my experience! Ordering on behalf of a public school, so had additional tax-exemption paperwork that was processed quickly and easily. Will definitely order again next time our team needs any custom hoodies!

Overall, my experience with a group T-shirt order from Custom Ink was very good, and I'd definitely use them again. However, it wasn't obvious to me exactly how the group ordering works from using the website, and I had to contact customer support, who was very helpful. When you create a custom order, your are asked for an estimate of how many shirts your group will be purchasing. The price of the individual shirts, and the shipping cost is based on this estimate. In my case, I set up the order so that each person paid online for their own shirts. After setting this all up, and opening it up for orders, I saw a "warning" saying that if we didn't meet our estimate, we'd have to "pay the difference". It wasn't clear what this meant. Would we have to buy extra shirts to meet the estimate? Customer support did clear it up for us, we just had to pay for the difference in the per-shirt price due to not meeting the order size for the bulk discount that quoted, and same for shipping. That's great, but it wasn't clear from the outset that not meeting the "estimate" would change the price. It makes sense, and I was fine with it, but I think that it should be explained more clearly up front on the website. Also, there is currently no way to know what the total price is based on estimated order size. Maybe there could be a table on the website, or a way to input an estimate and see the expected total, and be able to change that do a "what if"? When I called customer support, even they couldn't tell me any price other than than for the estimated number.
