It was very easy to use and doesn't break the bank, I was thoroughly surprised that there were no snags in getting the proper licensing for the logo I used (Nintendo). Great service.

Terrible customer service. Like all big companies, several different people contact you, they all, read from the script, no one really answers ay quest6or resolves any issues. Buyer beware! Their policy is "no returns" on custom printed products, even when they totally botch the job. Pathetic!
