The customer service at Custom Ink. is A+!! I had a lot of revisions and a lot of questions that I needed for my order and every time I chatted with them online they were responsive, patient, and very helpful. My one and only disappointment could very well have been my fault. I thought these were screen printed T-shirts, but they were actually iron-on. They turned out fine, it just wasn't what I was expecting. And I really should have clarified what the finished product would be like before I ordered. All in all, I am satisfied with our purchase and would order from them again.

The graphics I uploaded were rough as this was just a gag gift, but your artists cleaned it up and it turned out way better than it looked in the preview, which is rare. I am overwhelming satisfied. Y'all went above and beyond just printing what I threw in the website.

Very satisfied. I put together a rather unconventional design. Within an hour of placing my order I received a clarification email asking if my design was intentional, which I appreciated because it would have been unfortunate to get something I didn’t expect. After I confirmed that it was intentional the artists got to work and I received my order almost a week before I expected it, only five days after I placed the initial order and well in advance of the event I needed it for. Thank you for your customer service in double checking my design, and in your speedy work!

When you want to place a subsequent order of the same design previously ordered, it's unclear as to why you need to re-name it every time. You should be able to reorder different sizes or amounts of the same previous order without having to rename the same design.

Nice website. I appreciate all the T-shirt choices. Verify that you are getting a digitized print. Mine came as a heat transfer which is not what I was expecting.
