I was disappointed with the quality of the Insulated Travel Mug. I should have known that for $24 of full color printing, the mug itself was going to be cheap plastic.

First order from custom ink was a disappointment. Non functional product that required work to make it usable. Would strongly consider not ordering again

everything went very smooth and quick, but the final product could have been better. The red image on both sides was printed on a white undercoat (as required) but the red seemed thin and allowed the white to show thru making the red a lighter rose color.
