I have to say that after taking my time with a very deliberate spacing of my design were not reflected in the product I received. I’m hoping to hear back from my email and I’m sure I will. I have no doubt that custom ink will make this right.

People are nice. They act like they want to get your order done correctly, but it never seems to happen. This is not the first time I have received an order with an iron-on decal, look at my history. I think you need to make it a distinct option on your website. A button with absolutely no iron-on decals and make it an up charge. It is very easy to get your own iron-on today, people pay for your service because they want it directly printed.
