My order of 24 shirts for just under $1,000 was full of multiple errors. A representative from CustonInk suggested a change to my design which I accepted but then the change was only applied to some of the order causing a mismatch between the designs. Some of the prints were of low quality, there was a mistake on one shirt with a letter left out of a name, the colors of the ink varied from batch to batch of shirts, and a whole set of t-shirts which were pictured as white, labeled as white and ordered to be white , came printed on cream T-shirts instead of white causing them to mismatch the rest of the order even more. I submitted multiple order issue reports as the shirts arrived but have not heard back from the company. At such a high price point I expected much better quality control, attention to detail, customer service and correct final results. I do not have time to correct and reorder any of the mistakes before my event so I have to use them as is. Wrong colors, misprints, omissions and all. At almost $1,000 for 24 shirts this is extremely disappointing.

I am well pleased with the print quality. The shirt material is a not what I expected, wish it was a little better... But then I did select that style.

The experience was fairly easy. I had a lot of words in my design, so I do wish there would have been an easier way to center them rather than have to go line by line and adjusting. Still easy enough.
