Almost everything was fantastic with my experience with Custom Ink. I got a late start on working on our t-shirt and a few people really helped me. When it got to actually ordering them, though, I couldn't reach anyone. I tried emailing, calling, and live chatting and no one was available. Because of the time pressure (again, our fault), it was very stressful. But once I heard from someone we got it taken care of quickly. Then, we got our t-shirts almost a week earlier than promised. Woohoo!!

The ease of loading my own image to be printed was easier than I had anticipated. I had text on a white background which I thought would take some work, or need a trasnparent background, but their system was able to handle it just fine.

Custom Ink is my go to for T-Shirt designs. It is affordable and much easier to design compared to other websites. Definitely recommend for semi-mass production of shirts.
