I want my money back for the one off samples I bought, or I want them corrected and reprinted for free to demonstrate you can handle the work. 3 out of 4 designs using 300dpi 7000x7000 PNGs with 4 to 8 colors are blurry and unusable.

I have loved custom ink in the past and have ordered many different shirts that I have enjoyed. This time though I never received my package and they have been very difficult to work with not answering the phone leaving me on hold for hours and not answering any emails, I hope they eventually see this and are able to help me.

I did not place the order! It was originally to be purchased on Paypal, which i do not use, but ended up being on a credit card, so I cannot evaluate the ordering experience. The order was shipped to me!
