The customer service was outstanding! The customer service representative helped us coordinate payment with a third party payer. The order came in a day earlier than projected. Another customer service representative helped us manage a mis-order of sizes on our end by sending us a complimentary t-shirt so that all our kids had a t-shirt that fit them properly. Very impressive! We will definitely stay with your company for future orders of t-shirts for our Running Club program.

The website experience and ease of use, as well as speed of delivery are great. They nailed my first order, but on this most recent one the design was completely messed up. I'm not sure what happened since I loaded in a static image, same way as I did the first time. Waiting to hear back from CustomInk to resolve this.
