Ai tools are super fun and allow you to create custom designs!

If I am honest, this was one of the most frustrating and time consuming ordering situations I have had online, and should have gone through Etsy where I could deal with one human. It took 3+ customer service reps and 5 hours of my time to order a very simple one color logo onto one color shirt. Emails are not answered, chat is good, but lacks follow up. The comfort colors tee shirts are awesome however. I have ordered a lot of logo based products for my company in the past, and this ranks low for me.

Great Service

Great website with easy to use graphics and text set-ups makes what could be a struggle, an easy project. Customer service was the absolute best when I had a question after I had already submitted the design and worried that I had made a mistake. Custom Ink is an amazing company. The recipients of the T shirts I had made were thrilled to have them. I absolutely love mine as well!

They do a good job and the website is fairly easy. I only got stuck once. Some shirts will shrink and some are small to begin with. Order larger sizes for women's.

Although I had some trouble finding an image that wouldn’t be copyrighted (that’s on me) Everyone who helped me was so awesome, and communication was fast and really great. I ordered 19 shirts, but I received 20!! Great for me, but I wonder if that is a problem for them. Thank you custom ink, what an enjoyable experience!

We are missing an XL not sure if it was missed in packing or the receptionist lost it when opening package.

I was very satisfied with my purchase, and the group loves it Thank you guys so much I will surely order again.

I am very disappointed because I was confirmed twice that the design will be well printed twice at different point in the order and turned out so bad, when I could have fix the resolution or the size of the design. I am waiting for customink to reply to my request for reprint or refund.

I've worked with this company for 15 years and I always come back for the superior quality and look of the shirts along with the amazing support from the design team and customer service. I made a mistake on my current order and Alisha from customer service reached and within minutes had saved the day for mom's memorial celebration. I can not explain to you how much I appreciated her thoughtfulness and care in handling would could have been a disaster for me. The shirts were beautiful and we had an awesome day!

The design of the shirts and all images were spectacular. I have ordered from them before and will continue to do so. My only suggestion would be to allow different designs to be included in the same order rather than shipped separately.
