There was an error on the website when I placed my order. Four T-shirts were missing from the final submission. I noticed the issue immediately, but the system did not allow me to update or modify the order. As a result, I had to place a second order, which ended up being disproportionately expensive due to additional shipping costs. I called for assistance and attempted to use the chat support, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was not helpful. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would use caution in ordering. Even when working directly with a customer service agent (twice!) and being ensured my logo would look good, it did not work despite two attempts. A waste of time and money.
