My experience with custom ink was great. I placed my order. A woman helped me get a discount and my order actually, even came earlier than expected. So I was very happy with my service. All around.

The initial re-order process was smooth. However, I was not kept informed about the status of the order. If I didn't check on it myself periodically, I wouldn't have known there was a delay. I shared this concern with Customer Service when I spoke with them. By being proactive and checking myself, I was able to resolve the issue and move the order along. We did end up receiving our order on time, and the final product came out great.
