The customer service was fantastic getting these ordered, Zack Sandberg was incredibly helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. However, the laser engraving was inconsistent and a lot didn't turn out clearly on a lot of the product. The wood on a lot of the cord organizers had imperfections that made our logo not look as clean and professional. I was also not impressed with the packaging -- just 250 cord organizers shoved into a box. I was expecting them to be individually wrapped or at least padded with some bubble wrap.

I ordered these tees with a screen print at first, but they came out with a "printing press rectangle" on the shirt that wouldn't wash out. CustomInk provided a full refund for the damaged shirts. I was able to order the same polo with embroidery, and they look great! Quick turnaround and great customer service.
