I think the site works really well. The graphic on both shirts I ordered is a little low, that's my only complaint, and that's on me mostly. I'll know for next time to place it higher. Shipping was fast, price is decent for a single, custom shirt, printing was better than I expected, and like I said, the t-shirt quality is top notch. Thank you!

The final product itself is great! Shipping could be a little bit better when sold in bulk.

Custom Ink needs to work on how they package large orders of shirts. We order in 1,000 shirt quantities resulting in around 13 boxes of shirts from size Small to 4XL. There is no label or packing slip attached to the boxes to know what size shirt is inside or what the quantity is. Many boxes have a mix of two sizes of shirt and it doesn't make sense (why mix mediums and large in one box and then have another box of medium and large- you could have made two boxes and grouped the same size inside). If I knew a box contained 72 large shirts, then I wouldn't have to open it- I could take it to an event as-is, but since you mix sizes in the boxes and depending on the size (XXL shirts take up more box space) you don't know how many you have or what is in each box. In order to sort the shirts for events, we have to open all of the boxes and pull out the bundles (the shirts are bundled in stacks of 12) to check for sizes and then we have to re-box them for events based on size so we can reach into a box and know we are giving a customer the proper size shirt without having to check the labels. If the issue is shirts coming from different locations, then print a label on the box with the sizes and quantities. My last 13 box order took me 4 hours to unbox and sort the shirts by size and then re-box them all by size.
