I ordered 25 shirts that didn't show up on my profile because the confirmation unknowingly was sent to the attached profile to my account. My credit card still showed the charge. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't find my order, to talk to the credit card company and we could place a new order. So I placed another order for 37 shirts. Same thing happened, but this time I saved the confirmation and they found that it went to the attached account. I asked if I could at least get a bulk order discount as if I ordered 62 shirts ($229 refunded). They said they couldn't because both orders were underway. Now I have too much surplus of the shirts and didn't get the same bulk order discount. I will still be using CustomInk, but not happy.

Customer service was outstanding. I had an issue with placing the order on the website and getting the payment to process. I used the chat feature and the agent helped me to get the situation all taken care of. The process time on the order was outstanding and my order was received earlier then I even expected.
