Online chat did the layout for me after I uploaded images. Great stress reliever because online placement is hard to tell as models are at an angle. Was a bit of angst at the end about right to use image (trademark or copyright) but I provided link to free clip art website and didn’t have an issue. Definitely use customer service rather than just submitting it yourself. Price was not cheap, but fair for a custom, no minimum order.

Be aware that designs you use to make a custom T-shirt that do not have backgrounds that match the color of the T-shirt will probably come out that way. To get consistent color, go through Customer Services rather than ordering directly from the website. In any case, I found that Custom Ink will make it right in the end. I am quite satisfied with my custom T-shirt.

Being new to this process, the inkers and the customer service folks were amazing. Even though the process was amazingly simple, the inkers caught the tiniest mistake I made that would have truly impacted the end product. Amanda from customer service was fantastic. I had thought I had actually placed the order but I didn't. She reached out to me for final approval and confirmation of the order. Without that I almost placed an order 10 times the size I wanted. It absolutely makes a difference when dealing with people who care. Hats off to the entire team!

I think the service with custom ink was great. The design of our logo turned out great, but the quality of the embroidery being itchy on the inside and no cloth covering the actual inside of the embroidery was terrible.
