I used to have a dedicated representative and she was promoted. I miss that service. The current reps are OK but when I had a dedicated rep she knew what exactly what I was looking for. Some of my past design products are getting too pricey as well as some new products. Its hard to fund raise when the cost of the products are high.

I like Custom Ink's products but have always been disappointed with their sample policy. I truly wish they offered free samples of their items, especially for repeat customers. Having to pay for one blank t-shirt seems ridiculous when you've spent hundreds of dollars. We're not a large company, but these are large orders to us.
