Very happy with the quality of the guildan polo’s and the embriodery. Ordering and approval was simple and quick as was the shipping which came a day ahead of dchedule.

Love love custom inks Design Studio! You can design anything, even adding your own logos and artwork to theirs. They print on everything. Your designs are saved to your account for years and easy to access for reprinting or updating. I design and purchase shirts at least three times per year for my business, and buy most of them from CustomInk. Mail order obviously takes longer than getting them printed locally, but you can get exactly what you want from Custom Ink. Do be aware that this company is designed for schools, businesses, and teams, making big orders - the more you buy, the cheaper each shirt - but not a good company for small orders, with starting prices being ridiculously high!, double or even triple reasonable retail cost. These are screen printed shirts, so multiple colors will also raise or even double your shirt price. That said, the company works with you to make sure you're happy with your design. They can meet almost any deadline, if you're willing to pay for rush or fast shipping. And, most importantly, the shirts always look beautiful! 8 years, and 15? shirt designs later, still a happy customer!

I really enjoy using the Custom Ink website to design our mission team shirts as well as our ministry shirts. I like having the control over how I can create individual designs for different mission trips. We try to have a specific shirt for each mission team to display the Bible verse each individual team chooses and to make each mission team feel connected. I also appreciate having such a large number of products to use with our designs. My items have always been of good quality and shipped on time or even before the date listed at purchase.

The shipping delay was stressful. The printing was poor. The sweatshirt was above average. Customer service with shipping issues was disappointing as they told me to contact UPS even though it's CustomInk's responsibility to get the order to me.

Great experience from beginning to end. I'm not really set up for graphic design right but the features on Custom Ink allowed me to fill in the gaps (combining images, removing backgrounds). Prices were good, shipping was prompt and the product was exactly what I wanted.

I was assigned to a last-minute project that required me to get the product with in 2 weeks, that includes shopping for the product, the printing process, and the shipping, and while I was shopping around for print shops to help with our promo gear, every other shop was not going to meet my deadline. But thankful I ran across Custom Inc! Their website was easy to use, and they offered rapid shipping. I received my product in a week. I was very pleased with everything and how fast they worked on my order!

The part of the website about changing the color of your own art/image was not something I was aware of. The 2nd time I chatted with cust service and they were very helpful to ensure my shirt brand and the image were how I wanted it to look ( black image not dark blue) . My shirt shipped super fast got it in 2 days! it should be labeled or a notice should be on the preview saying what color (s) the uploaded image appears to be according to the computer. My art work was actually black but the computer guessed dark blue and it printed in blue which was wrong

The ease of design and being able to name and save the design was seamless. The preview on the site was exactly what was received on the shirts. No worry of an "it didn't look like that online" issue or complaint. The printing and shipping was super fast. We will definitely be using Custom Ink going forward.

The design site was very user friendly and very easy to edit the design if need be. The shipping was incredible! I received my order within 2 days of being ordered!

Excellent communication. A concerted effort to leave my design as intact as possible. Fastest shipping I have ever seen for an order this size since I've been doing this for Coldwell Banker. I'm coming back for more orders in 2026. Nicely done Team CI. I'm quite impressed.

Overall everything was great. If i had any questions they were answered and everyone is always very nice. only problem i had. I paid for express shipping and i was assured it would arrive on time, it was a day late. Half of my attendees that came to the conference did not receive their shirts because they had already left the conference.

The print was so vibrant and it was a higher quality than I expected. I love that I am able to save multiple designs and the shirt shipped so quickly as well.
