This was fun and easy to create the perfect custom hoodie. I like the website filters that helped me figure out which brand and style/color I wanted. The end product looked exactly like the online image during creation. I'm very happy.

Amazing overall experience. The website was very easy to customize exactly to my liking. There were so many different designs, fonts, and colors to choose from. The printing of my custom logo and the built in designs within the system were so much higher quality than I was expecting. I needed this order rushed, the shirt was completed and sent so fast. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a high quality, easily customizable, quick print of a custom shirt.

Customer service was great. They sent a follow up email once my design was uploaded to show me how it would look embroidered before starting to make them. Turned out better than expected for a complicated design with multiple colors.

I was worried about the resolution when they warned me, but it turned out perfectly!! Great color selection for writing too!!

Super easy website user interface. digital printing turned out exactly as turned in - looks great! District VIT Tee runs small; ordered a size Large for my 19 year old son who normally wears Medium, hopefully it will fit.

I am okay with the printing of my customized logo. I do not like the back of the ash hoodie, "Coach Jackie" was printed too big across the back for my liking, but I'm going to wear it because I paid for it. The quality of the first hoodie (black) is poor. As I mentioned earlier, fuzz balls while only wearing it twice and then more fuzz balls after the first wash. I'm not happy about that. The ash color hoodie is thin for the price I paid, however the material is better than the material of the black hoodie. I do need to place an order for 6 hoodies, to increase the visibility of my brand, however I'm not sure I'm going to use Custom Ink again. Thanks

Custom Ink was quick and easy to use. Overall the shirts and hats I designed were exactly what I wanted. For the shirt design it was easy to see how big I needed to make the logo on the front of the shirt with their grid guides, but they do not have the same feature on the hat design. I had to guess on how big to make the logo, and I guessed incorrectly. The logo is much smaller than I would have liked it to be. It will work, but I can't unsee it. It was an expensive learning curve. All that said, the quality of the printing is excellent. The colors of the printed logos turned out exactly as I was expected and the tshirt I ordered is exactly what I wanted. And the turn around and shipping were both much faster than I was expecting. I am satisfied overall with the experience.

Custom Ink staff is always extremely helpful. I was unable to find this exact jacket from a previous year's order and sent them a picture, and they were able to track down the exact jacket and color for me! They went above and beyond so that we could have everything that we needed!

I am unsatifiised b/c I do not like this black color. I wanted to return the item and offered a restocking fee, etc.

Printing this time was not good. Colors were bad.

I’m a graphic designer. I created my own design , uploaded it and made size color and ink selections . The site is very easy to work with. The follow up as per delivery was great.

They’ve changed the way they print on comfort colors shirts. Would not order again.

The image and colors were well reproduced but some of the letters were smeared upon arival

Ordering was easy. Uploading and configuring/sizing of graphics was precise. Appreciated when upload was not the required resolution for a clear print and was requested to provide another. Color choices and quality of Gildan shirt were great. Delivery was as stated on order, arriving a day early. Would highly recommend Custom Ink for custom printing.

MY overall experience was great, and I don't normally leave reviews, but i was dealing with a specific color of pink, and it came out just as ordered. They really do make it so easy, once you've made your choices, which are vast, but not overwhelming. Couldnt be happier with all the choices of font. Thanks for making it easy on this old lady!
