As always, the whole process with Custom Ink was very simple and stress free. Their online design lab is very easy to use and the customer service was extremely helpful!

Working with Custom Ink has been great. I appreciated the follow up email asking for confirmation once the Custom Ink team reviewed my request. I love that a real person looks at it and offers suggestions for placement or just confirming that the logo is as clear/defined as I want. I also requested expedited shipping and received my order exactly on time. Our agency has used Custom Ink for several years and intend to keep doing so!

I have another item from Custom Ink that was a crew neck that my job ordered in support of a student who was having open heart surgery and it's held up very well, so I expected the same kind of quality for the bag I ordered. I still love the accessibility in price and the speed of shipping so I will order again eventually, but I hope the quality of the logo will be better.

The process of ordering and getting proofs was easy and fast. Because it was a custom design they reviewed and sent me proofs. Shipping was fast and reasonably priced. However, when the products were fairly expensive due to small volume of order and came in with a faint grey line around the art like a background which is not what I was expecting and takes away from a clean, crisp look.

I really like Custom Ink. I've used them a few times. This type I did call customer service because a shirt was missing. Turns out that it shipped separetly. Not a huge deal, but I did not get an email pointing that out, so I was disappointed. However, that is not detering me from using them again and telling other, "This is a great company that does great work at good prices."

Sup-par quality. Not accomodating a combined shipping order (clearly they both came from the same place, yet I had to pay separate shipping. BS!

We had some helpful people that we spoke with but several reps gave us incorrect info about what could be drop shipped, whether we could include a card or not, misspelled our CEO's name regularly in emails... it was a bit of a mess.

Shipping is horrible. You should consolidate it so I can get five orders in one package not five individual packages.

quick ship, good quality printing and product

We had to make a change on the proof. CI was super quick with responding and making the change. I needed these cups for a parade in the month of December when shipping is crazy. I told them when I needed them and I received them two days early! WOW! This will be my go to place for anything promotional. AND the price was very reasonable.

The bag the product came in was too thin so it ripped and the UPS driver had to put it in an odd plastic bag. Looked a little sketchy. They were able to get my design shipped early which was a plus though!

Easy to use website and fast shipping for a custom shirt. You just need to have better quality shirts.

The group order option was great! I didn’t have to collect money from anyone and deal with multiple Venmo and PayPal’s, or track people down to make sure they paid. Everyone in my group could order the own size, pay, and then the order was shipped to me. All I had to figure out was deliver to the group.
