The creating of each hoodie was fine, if you are making a bunch of hoodies with different names it creates different projects so they just all came in at different times rather than in one big box, though not a big deal.

It was perfect 👌 the letterings in the front of the hoodie was a little on small side but I still love it

Overall great experience from start to finish. Easy to order online, and easy to add or make changes via chat. Outside of the smudged lettering and what looks to be some dirt or satins on a few of the hoodies, everything was great.

For me the ordering process was a bit confusing but I got through it. I dont understand why my 3 items came in 3 separate deliveries instead of 1. The graphics on the front and the back of the hoodie is the most crooked.

I recently ordered two custom hoodies from Custom Ink featuring a design I created at home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Since these were promotional pieces for my son’s Hard Rock band, I wanted them to look perfect for potential future merch. The customer service was incredibly friendly and offered expert guidance to help refine my design. I especially appreciated the "Inkers" evaluating my work; they sent a final digital mock-up for approval before printing to ensure everything was exact. The production time was superior, and the hoodies arrived securely packed and exactly within the promised timeframe. The final product is amazing—high quality and professionally executed. We are already planning to mass-produce these for upcoming pop-up shops. Great job!

As always, customer service was very good and I am happy with the resulting product. That being said, hoodies not matching the images on the website is frustrating. Also, I wish Custom Ink would offer the same subsidies for follow-on orders - within a reasonable time frame, of course. For example, I ordered 90 hoodies at ~$42 per and after they arrived I realized I needed to immediately order a handful more. But, instead of ordering 5 more at $42 per, they cost $60 per. I ordered the bare minimum, but would have ordered more if that was not the case.

This was fun and easy to create the perfect custom hoodie. I like the website filters that helped me figure out which brand and style/color I wanted. The end product looked exactly like the online image during creation. I'm very happy.

This was my fifth order from this company! I have absolutely loved everyone made and this company was recommended by my son and I have in return recommended them to my other kids.. This is going to be a Christmas tradition of making hoodies for each other and we will be using this company to make them!
