I recently ordered two custom hoodies from Custom Ink featuring a design I created at home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Since these were promotional pieces for my son’s Hard Rock band, I wanted them to look perfect for potential future merch. The customer service was incredibly friendly and offered expert guidance to help refine my design. I especially appreciated the "Inkers" evaluating my work; they sent a final digital mock-up for approval before printing to ensure everything was exact. The production time was superior, and the hoodies arrived securely packed and exactly within the promised timeframe. The final product is amazing—high quality and professionally executed. We are already planning to mass-produce these for upcoming pop-up shops. Great job!

The execution of this print front and back was spot on. Even with me supplying not so good of quality graphics they still nailed it. I had this shirt made as a commemorative piece for my buddy's band who passed away years ago. All their merch has been long gone for awhile now so I had this made. I trusted customink to do this based in their reputation and they are the truth! Fast job completion, Fast shipping, easy design and checkout. For real, these ladies and gents are the real deal.

I keep coming back to Custom Ink not only because their stuff is great, but also because dealing directly with their actual human being "inkers" has been uniformly amazing. Talk to them. They make things happen. They make it so easy, that I sometimes will have a shirt made with just an interesting thought or a photo I've taken, just because (doesn't have to be a soccer team of similar). Or a mug. I get a LOT of attention and great comments from these designs (makes me popular). Lately I create my own "merch" for a great local band or artist, before the band itself even has any; love the reaction when the artist sees a sweatshirt or T-shirt that promotes them. This is a very fun thing to do. (Also makes great unique Christmas gifts for family and friends).

I ordered shirts for a concert my band performed. We wore the shirts at the show. The color stood out on the black t-shirts and looked great. I sold several of the extras I bought. I could have sold more if I had more. I will order more!

The interface for Custom Ink was very easy to use, both for our first order in 2023 and for our second order of the same design in 2025. The shirts were very nice quality, and the hoodies were soft and comfy. One thing I’d appreciate is an estimator tool that let us put in an overall number of shirts instead of breaking up by size, and allowing an estimate for a reorder without clicking to modify the design, but it was generally relatively painless and straightforward. I had our team order on a Google form with names and orders into a spreadsheet, then I filled in the final amounts and shipped them to our house. I put name tags on the shirts and grouped similar orders together with a rubber band. The order arrived two days before it was originally due. Thanks, Custom Ink! :)

Custom Ink does a great job every time! Our artwork looks fantastic, the products are priced well, the group ordering site is easy for our band families to use, and shirts are delivered on time. I rave about Custom Ink each time we get a delivery, and this time was no different. The people who work at Custom Ink are professional and courteous. I've had last minute add-ons, artwork adjustments, and pricing questions, and each time I have dealt with people who are knowledgeable and helpful. We have been a repeat customer for many years now. We use them every year for our Pep Band and Marching Band Show shirts. We also use them for our trip shirts when we travel to Disneyland or other amusement parks and festivals. The custom designs and bright colors make it very easy to spot our kids in the large crowds at the theme parks.

Honestly yall were on point. I had to make a small adjustment on the pocket and yall flowed that easy. I wish all my favorite bands used comfort colors and your press. The graphic is nice.
