The part of the website about changing the color of your own art/image was not something I was aware of. The 2nd time I chatted with cust service and they were very helpful to ensure my shirt brand and the image were how I wanted it to look ( black image not dark blue) . My shirt shipped super fast got it in 2 days! it should be labeled or a notice should be on the preview saying what color (s) the uploaded image appears to be according to the computer. My art work was actually black but the computer guessed dark blue and it printed in blue which was wrong

My custom order arrived earlier than expected. The quality of the design printing on the sweatshirt looks good. The printing on the t-shirt is streaky. Unfortunately the website displays clothing items in a deceiving manner. It’s hard to tell what is a comfortable 100% cotton material from something that looks and feels like a plastic bag. I am extremely disappointed with the t-shirt and sweatshirt material, cut and appearance. A few days ago I asked for replacement shirts on a 100% cotton material but I’m waiting on a reply.

Overall everything was great. If i had any questions they were answered and everyone is always very nice. only problem i had. I paid for express shipping and i was assured it would arrive on time, it was a day late. Half of my attendees that came to the conference did not receive their shirts because they had already left the conference.

Custom Ink sent me more emails than needed to make sure the order got processed, but they were overall easy to work with, easy to get in touch with, and made a great product that fit my needs and specifications. Even better, the long sleeved t-shirts I ordered arrived a few days earlier than expected so I was able to start distributing ASAP.

Custom Ink is not the same as before. They had better communication, better connection with designers to make sure the product came out right the first time. The design, the placement, and the guise of silk screening your shirt are days of the past. They charge you per color as if they are silk screening then the digitally burn your image on the shirt. I have a silk screened shirt from 2015 from you guys that looks better than the one I ordered this year! I want my shirts the way I ordered them! I have to complain here because your chatbot won’t direct me to correct are and your site is built for the run around. Custom Ink… you used to be beautiful… what happened?

My daughter used to order the shirts and this is first time I've used Custom Ink. They are fantastic! The website was a little confusing but I was actually able to get a real person, who had good experience and knew what I needed, even transferred a project I needed. Great support. I didn't have a "need by" delivery date but they delivered days earlier...exceeded expectations. I overlooked a minor detail and they caught it immediately, contacted me, and corrected it. Awesome!

sucks Did not ship correct qty. No notification and my event is in two days . My Gift Bags are not as ordered to my Guests. Would you ORDER from Custom Ink. Not Likely!

The product was great. The website wasn’t too bad to navigate and I am not tax savvy. They got her to us on the day. They said they were watch out. We have not had a great experience with that this year overall, they were very static with their product and our dealings with custom definitely definitely do it again. Tammy

First time customer-Someone reached out bc my design wasn’t well placed. They could have just printed and called it a day but they clearly want customers to be happy with their purchases. So impressed with this company and their customer service. Already recommended to two friends.

Amazing customer service . . . . most responsive and worked hard to accommodate my requests. Communication was ongoing and with the changes, the inkers did a terrific job with the lettering and graphics. Shipment was quick and arrived days before the expected date. I am so appreciative of everyone who interacted with me throughout the ordering and receiving process. Definitely the place to go for good quality hats, customized personal service. Overall, an excellent experience.

ordered a one off of a shirt design I made for a gift for my husband & it came a week early, just a few days after ordering it so I was able to gift it for an early Xmas gift.
