You guys are the best. We had a miscommunication about the order. There was a mix-up about silk screen v. embroidery. You guys sent the silk screen. I called to ask re: recourse. You immediately offered me the embroidery version. The cost was the difference between what I paid and what I would have paid. AMAZING....thanks

I have another item from Custom Ink that was a crew neck that my job ordered in support of a student who was having open heart surgery and it's held up very well, so I expected the same kind of quality for the bag I ordered. I still love the accessibility in price and the speed of shipping so I will order again eventually, but I hope the quality of the logo will be better.

I loved everything about choice of items to buy, choice of artwork. I put neck of a bass guitar & low key for a bass player. Looks great & the artwork feels like it is built into the item. Very Happy. Will recommend for Sure

The V neck logo was a little low (centered on the left breast), the Nike shirt logo was a little high. I understand that’s our fault for placing them on the shirt on the website add, but a helpful “are you sure, or we suggest” would have been great.

I was surprised to see that Custom Ink printed their own logo on the inside of the shirt neck. I really am not a fan of this and will most likely not consider ordering from you again in the future due to this promotional of your brand on something I paid for. I also found the extra tagging of the custom ink hangtag to be tacky.

Placed an order last month and the screen printing was either too small or crooked. Customer service was good on getting the 1st order rectified so I figured I'd give them another try. The second order also had issues, the logo was also too small, crooked or not in the right place. Logo was supposed to be on left pocket area and a couple shirts the logo is almost directly under the neck line. A couple shirts came with a landscaping companies logo on the back.

As I described in the above reasons why I was not happy is because the logo is about 2 in further down than my previous order. When I pushed reorder the same shirts just different colors it should have already been lined up and sent the exact same way as the first order. So on these four shirts that I ordered the logo is on the end of my breast it looks ridiculous, also on the red shirt the v-neck comes down a lot further as well and the armpits are tight. What I'm most frustrated about is the logo it does not look professional where it sits at this point. Not happy won't order again.

I have been using Custom Ink for over a decade, and have always been happy with their products until now. My last order arrived dirty, and the logo was not placed where I requested. The quality of the neck gaiter was poor. Seems like this was outsourced to someone else with zero quality control. I'm not sure if I will order shirts again, but definitely not this product.

As a previous shopper for many years, I have not issues with Custom Ink or their service. They are willing to correct and mistakes. Although I only had one. My only issue is the placement of the CI card tag that is attached to the finished shirt with one of those plastic t-strips. I is sewn into the seam at the neckline under the sizing tag and very difficult to remove it at all. To cut it close to the seam and leave the end inside the seam sometimes leaves a scratchy piece the cannot be removed. Would be better if it were attached to the size tag at the neck of the shirt so it could simply cut and the plastic strip removed.

Customer service is excellent and answered all of my questions. Website is unclear on each product page what the minimum order is for getting screen printing v. digital. Quality of digital printing physically is excellent. There was a problem in that part of my logo printed with an unexplained white "drop shadow."
