The shirt is a little smaller “all around” compared to the other shirt I did as a “test case”, so that’s important to note for anyone choosing the different shirt brands. The “pocket logo” is riding too high so it doesn’t look like it should be- which will require the design be adjusted. The larger design and lettering on the back is stunning. I’m currently running them through an aggressive wash and wear iterative cycle so as to test that the design persists through normal wear and tear.

Products are great! Order process is a nightmare. Not doing it again. Was unable to set up my group order online. Had to call customer service to do it. In 2026. Crazy. Then when the order was complete, and we met our goal, I was balance billed $12 & change. When I called to find out why, I was told that one of the shirts that one of my group members had paid for was unavailable. She was not contacted. I was not contacted. It took multiple phone calls & time on hold to finally be able to speak to a supervisor who solved my problem. We got the shirts and they are nice, as expected. The process, tho. Never again.

Easy to work with, quick response

there was a wide variety in the customer service i received while trying to answer questions and confirm that the artwork used was the final file that i had uploaded. Some people would transfer me and not properly relay what i had already said, sometimes the digital chat would end the conversation if i let even a moment too long lapse between responses (when i had patiently waited time and time again), but some people answered my questions quickly and effectively and stayed on the phone until all was confirmed. so yea, some really bad experiences and some really lovely experiences. Still quite disappointed in how many shirts had print errors upon arrival though.

I am a repeat customer, having ordered special shirts for my family, friends, and colleagues. This shirt was designed for my colleagues who are now retired, after having served on the "mean streets" of Stockton, CA as police officers. After having been shot, stabbed, run over by or otherwise assaulted while working, they now enjoy some quiet time to be with their families. Look, if you survived working as a cop in Stockton, you deserve a cool shirt, don't you think? I do. And there is no cooler shirt than the one created for my colleagues. And after 20-30 years of policing, dealing with people having the worst day of their lives, it is nice to speak to the customer service people at Custom Ink. I think they call them "Inkers." Somehow that sounds like a call we might get: "1 ADAM 12, see the person about some suspicious "inkers"." You get there and it turns out they are working overtime to fulfill an order on a "must have" basis. No criminals. No drunks. Just good people working hard to get you your custom shirts on time so you can surprise your colleagues at their weekly coffee ritual. That is why I will continue to use Custom Ink. And if you see someone wearing the shirt, smile at them; give them a word of thanks. It's the least you can do for someone who put it all on the line for you. And to Custom Ink. Thank YOU.

Ordered many times with my own design for specific moments in my life and family. In the future I will have to check elsewhere also for price considerations.
