My design was two cartoon kittens smiling and holding protest signs that read "pro-union" and "anti-fascist". CustomInk initially rejected this design for being "too violent". This rejection was apparently based on "the group" (which group? unclear) being on an "ADL list" (link not provided). When I asked for clarification and a link to the "ADL list", they sent a broken link and doubled down on their assertion that the design violated their policies without providing additional information. Over a week later, they unilaterally reversed their decision (without additional pressure or followup from me) but then expected me to pay almost $50 extra for expedited shipping to get the shirts by the day I needed them. I love the design UI and was a repeat customer but I cannot support a company that waffles at all when it comes to their position on fascism or in any way attempts to censor speech expressing opposition to fascism.

Nothing on my order progressed without me having to make a phone call to push the process forward. At least 5 phone calls accompanied with frustration. The whole process took 4 weeks to get my shirts. We missed having our shirts for our event.
