Service was incredible!!! The numerous people I talked to were all very kind and understanding and were willing to help me through everything. I just wish the response time to emails, even if it wasnt over the weekend, was faster. This is be because I am in california so different time zone, but that is extremely minor.

The process for designing and ordering was quick and easy. However if you have an issue with your order after it was received, customer service is very reluctant in helping fix the issue.
