Ordering and designing is fine. The shirt is a gamble itself though. They come out boxy and can make you look bigger just by its shape.

Overall, getting help from Customer Service made it easier for me to place and confirm my order. The website itself is a bit clunky to use. The overall UX is not intuitive. So if you're stuck, it's beneficial to reach out to Customer Service and thankfully, they're able to complete the order on your behalf.
