Ordering T shirts for my group has been a breeze with Custom Ink. I have been ordering shirts when needed for the last 20 years and have never been disappointed. I love the design lab and how you can see your finished design. The system sent me a notice that my ink color would not show up on my shirt. I contacted them and a design specialist worked with me and in minutes my design was tweaked to get my colors just right and I got to keep the color of the shirt I wanted. Thank You

My shirts are ALL the wrong color.

Customer support was quick to pick up and help me adjust our order. The shirt fits true to size and is comfortable. Full color printing was affordable. The final print size is a slightly smaller proportion of the shirt than the digital image suggested. Overall a good value.

I have been ordering from custom ink over 10 years -as recent as this past June- when I purchased almost $2000 worth of merchandise. I put this small order in- and I thought the process was the same as it has always been, where I would see my proofs and could make a change. I intended to change the ink color on the short sleeve T shirts- pay the difference, when I spoke to a consultant. It is very hard to make a small change when placing an order. In other words, everything was going to be the same, just a different ink color. I waited and waited for my proofs, and finally I called in to see if there was an issue with my order. I was told that they no longer had the preview and approve the proof process. I did not see that anywhere at all when placing my order. I think if you are going to make a change such as that, you should certainly let your regular customers know things had changed.

I have order from another website and the printing was much brighter and not cracked and see through. We decided to try custom Ink as they had the color we wanted. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the quality of the printing. It’s a lot of money for an inferior print job.

I ordered the Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt and uploaded an image that I took at a concert that I attended. I wasn’t sure how the image would come out but it ended up coming out beautifully. The colors were great and the image itself was clear. I am very happy with the result and the shirt fits perfectly and is super comfortable.

Overall my experience was good, and my travel group is happy with the custom T-shirts I had made. Getting men's and women's shirts to match exactly (color wise) was not easy and I did have some hiccups with the website whenever I made a change (had to start over a few times). But at the end of the day, I am glad I did this and have something fun for us to wear on our vacation!

The company makes good quality items. Both my designs have been clear and sharp in color from just a photo being sent on the sweatshirts.

Live and learn. Not happy with the color of my shirt. I ordered a burnt orange Comfort Colors shirt. It is not Texas Longhorns burnt orange. The shirt is soft and the size is good which I do like. The printing is good also. I should have a ordered a more neutral color blue or green shirt.

Custom Ink took multiple orders, then I would receive a notification that they didn't have the quantity to fulfill my order. The orders then had to be cancelled, losing days in the order process. The ink color I ordered was changed to a different ink color on multiple items. The ink color had to be changed back and a new proof sent, again losing days in the process. Pay attention to your proofs!! Finally, two of the items I received were the wrong colors. I paid incredibly high rush shipping, but the production was delayed to the point that the rush shipping still didn't get my items delivered in time. Custom Ink has lost my business! Don't order from them if you need the right item in the right color in the right quantity in the right timeframe.

From beginning to end this process was wonderful. I had some artwork that needed some minor editing and the inkers at custom ended up doing a fantastic job with the edits as well as transforming the artwork into a working 5 color embroidery. Exceeded all expectations. Will be using again for future projects.

Custon Ink has given us a quality product at least 3 years and running! We have ordered the same Port Authority Ridge Backpack and had them embroidered with our gymnastics team logo in which the athletes bring to practice and to their meets. The logo is bright against the black and are the same colors and quality every year. We will continue to order from Custom Ink!

Overall, the website was very easy to use, a lot of customization options, and the T-shirts arrived ahead of time and looked great. The white letters on a black custom colors T-shirt seemed a bit faded on arrival, but I hope they will wash well.
