I’ve been using Custom Ink for years and haven’t been disappointed yet. Easy to select, design, and order exactly what I want and the turn around time is amazing. Got them 2 days earlier than expected. 5 stars!

Custom Ink has been great to work with, and their turnaround time was almost unbelievable in this day and age. Clearly, they care about customer service—something that’s very hard to find. They’re refreshingly old-school in that respect, but thoroughly modern in product quality and innovation. I ordered over 40 shirts and more than 30 hats, and I truly believe they arrived at my doorstep in record time. Best of all, they were exactly what I expected.

Days after completing my order I received an email that I could get 15% off my order until 9/1/25. When I inquired about getting the 15% I was told my order didn't qualify for the discount. As a repeat customer for many, many years, the fact I was denied a few dollars off my order has left a sour taste in my mouth that will last for quite a while. If someone asks me how my experience was with Custom Ink I will tell them to go somewhere else, like I intend to do from now on

Soup to nuts . . . Overall an impressive operation. Was told that it couldn’t be done, but together we accomplished a “rush” order - meeting our deadline, resulting on sales we would have missed for a year. Been asked if they’d be used again and the answer is “yes” multiplied . . . Will be receiving a separate order of a different product, for a completely different entity any day now with another in the development stage

Good on shipping. One day before arrival

Horrible experience the first time, and equally horrible experience the second time ordering. I cannot believe that you are an actual company, over promising and under delivering. Paying an expensive shipping fee for super rush shipping, and then getting it refunded to me both times because you could not produce the 2-4 shirts that I had ordered and needed urgently for a company promotion. Giving me the option to receive my shirts within 4-7 business days, and not receiving them for at least 2-3 weeks, is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again and will work with local printers moving forward.

I have ordered from custom ink before but this was the first time I had such a large order. And I had a variety of sizes this time. We ran into problems with this because I didn't know that they had to make different screens for different sizes. And one customer service rep told me everything would be fine after she added the baby shirts to my order. This was not the case I thank God I was able to check because upon me seeing the shirts that would be printed I realized they would be very wrong and print would be very small on the adult shirts. I called them up spoke with another Rep that helped me and made sure that I spoke with a supervisor that help the process go smoothly. She also made sure that even though this mistake was caught days later we still got our shirts on-time. Another problem was when I received the shirts alot of the sizes were burnt out or very crispy were I could barely see them. I had to try my best to just figure out what was the size the best I could. Other than those hiccups I would use them again because their customer service was very professional with helping me. And the shirts are cute. Some of the sizes don't seem to be true to size like the kids shirts but they came out really nice.

Always been good in the past. I also ordered other shirts the same day and came out good but not these. If resolved again I will continue to order but the next question asks if I would. I'll guess we can work it out.

The website to design the shirt was very user friendly. This was a last minute birthday gift for my husband & once I got through ordering the shirt, the estimated delivery date was about a week after my husband's birthday & I didn't want to expedite it. Not a big deal, since I knew I didn't order it in time, so figured it would be a fun surprise for him a week later. The shirt actually arrived earlier than expected and days BEFORE my husband's birthday!!! I was so happy! Great turnaround time, at least in my experience! Would definitely order from Custom Ink again in the future!

The material is nice and soft, the print came out beautifully, and the sizes are perfect for all the people in my group that ordered T-shirts. When I submitted the order, I was contacted within 24 hours to approve of the proof they had provided. Afterward, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order 9 days earlier than expected! The people at customink definitely know what they're doing and the quality is fantastic! I'm hoping to place another order with them in the future as my organization grows!

This company is wonderful. They are a hidden gem. I will order from them in the future FOR SURE. Their customer support was fabulous. Since I had questions, they helped me place an order over the phone and it was faster than any phone customer support experience I've had anywhere ever, or at least in recent memory. Their support is local, speaks good English, is friendly, courteous, helpful and got me what I needed with a super rush order, for a reasonable price, and it arrived not only on time but A DAY AHEAD of schedule. I"m a fan for life.

Love this company. Everyone is budget conscious these days. Just wish small orders weren’t quite so expensive I do understand the work that goes into making custom shirts it just makes it hard for families when they don’t need hundreds of shirts. If they offered to place a made by custom ink logo on the back or bottom of the shirt as Free advertising to offset coat that would be awesome. Thanks for all you do.

Great experience, I didn’t order enough, and customer ink had the extra shirts shipped within a couple days.

Such an easy process to design and order products from Custom Ink. They were perfect when we received them and came 4 days ahead of projected delivery date.
