Custom Ink's customer service is AMAZING! We ordered two different shirts with the same logo and one came out a completely different color. I called customer service, and it took no more than 10 minutes to resolve the issue.

Designing the shirt is super easy as well as placing the order. Customer service reached out almost instantly to let me know that the screen-printing color may not show up on the black shirts I picked out. She didn't lie to me to get the sale and gave me my money back since we chose to get rid of that one color. Thank you!

We have been a repeat customer for many years now. We use them every year for our Pep Band and Marching Band Show shirts. We also use them for our trip shirts when we travel to Disneyland or other amusement parks and festivals. The custom designs and bright colors make it very easy to spot our kids in the large crowds at the theme parks.

While the process of ordering and receiving the shirts was very easy and streamlined, the end product was very disappointing. The printing on the shirts did not match with each other. Some of the shirts were printed with nice vibrant coloring, but most of them seemed to be very faded, almost as if the printer was running low on ink. Thus, the overall quality of the print was very poor. The shirt itself was of great quality and fit nicely, but the printing made this not a pleasant experience overall.

Had to measure and photograph to document artwork didn’t print well on color shirt. Shirt also ran small. Custom Ink issued voucher for reorder of larger shirt, lighter color and it came out great.

This was a very pleasant experience! Customer service was very kind and helpful and even called me to make sure that I wanted to go ahead with the design I submitted as it had colors that were similar to the color of the shirt (removing the similar color could possibly reduce price).

This is the first year that I can say things went smoothly. In past years, I have not been able to get all the same color shirts in all sizes, They used the wrong print from previous years without the blue outline etc. I think that Custom ink has finally figured it out. My only complaint is that the blue printed color does not match from year to year. Is it possible to note the actual mix of blue you use so that the shirts I buy every year match?

I've ordered twice now and I'm already planning a third order. The quality has been great. I had an issue with the logo being barely visible on one color, but the issue was fixed quickly without question. On my second order, the designer tweaked a few things on my logo and now it looks even better. I highly recommend Custom Ink

Have used Custom Ink a couple of times. Overall the ordering experience is pretty easy. Only issues I had was the actual shirt color differed from the online representation. Not a big deal, but some of the graphic colors didn't show up as expected. Also the shipping box was poorly taped and arrived open. Fortunately, nothing was missing.

My overall experience will greatly depend on if we can fix the hoodie order with a correct color. I know that other teams in my organization have had great experiences, and I will still continue with my t-shirt order because Nisheka is making sure that I have what I want. I would not have known the color was off though if I had not already received my hoodie order.

Its a pleasure designing on your site, but skipped over the cust serv eval, being I didn't rec any customer service aside from emails. And I wish there were more "one off" options (products/ color choices), Outside of that, zero hassle & no complaints. I'm very happy with how my hoodie came out.
