I ordered these shirts with Rush shipping and it arrived a day early! Everyone loved them and the quality is great. The price did jump up unexpectedly when I added our design to the shirt, because it included more than one color but overall super happy with the final product and service.

Custom Ink's website was so easy to use. I love I could order multiple sizes at 1 time. The website also gave me price quotes in real time. The site has all the tools you need to design your own designs, but you can also upload your own. The shirts came back several days before quoted date.

Easy, accurate, design application. FAST service. Delivered exaclty as I ordered. Almost TOO fast. I ordered from home on Sunday. Estimated delivery was 10 days to the following Tuesday. We started vacation on Saturday so I ordered for delivery to the vacation house. BUT, I received notification on Wednesday that the shirts would arrive Thursday -- three days before we arriveds. UPS notifications were accurate, but inflexible. We made arrangements wth realtor to pick up the package so all was well. I appreciate the expectation to under promise and over perform, but I would have preferred an accurate delivery date. Note this in contex of over all high marks. Have ordered before and definitely will order again.

I would like a refund of the $140+ dollars for super rush shipping. The shirts did not make it in time for the event, arriving at 8:30PM the day after.

The website is easy to navigate, and there is a large offering of preset graphic elements to choose from to create your own design. We placed our order a week before our need date, and selected expedited shipping, which turned out to not quite meet our need date. Then I called customer service and asked if the delivery date could be further accelerated, and they happily offered me super expedited shipping (for an additional fee), and we had our order in 6 days, 1 day prior to our event. Very happy with the product and the service!

Everyone I worked with at Custom Ink was incredibly helpful and made sure I received my order in time for an upcoming trip. They truly set me up for success—from setting a clear delivery date to ensuring everything ran smoothly. My order even arrived two days early! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and support.

I emailed Anne Hirschman on July 17, 2025, at 10:43 a.m., and she responded within five minutes. She was prompt and made the ordering process very easy. I received the order three business days later, which was seven days earlier than I expected. Anne called and emailed me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I was able to talk to my customer service representative on the phone several times. That is something hard to find these days.

From day 1 years ago, customer service provided by Custom Ink was top notch. They were quick to respond to our questions, also reached us quickly if there was an adjustment to be made and also offered different alternatives to our satisfaction. I was genuinely impressed with my experience using Custom Ink. Uploading my artwork was quick and easy, and the entire ordering process was seamless. I had ordered a custom shirt for a special political event, knowing I placed the order a bit late. When I received the tracking information, it looked like the shirt would arrive after the event—which I completely understood and took responsibility for. To my surprise and delight, the shirt arrived seven days early—on the very morning of the event! The print was exactly as I had designed, with perfect placement and quality. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Custom Ink exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have been really impressed with the level of customer service -- over a number of orders now -- and the quality of the finished products. The tablecloths are not the hunter green I expected, but I can roll with that. It's really more of a Kelly green. After so many good experiences, I don't even bother looking anywhere else when I'm in the market for something of this kind. The prices are a little high, but they're probably competitive (again, I'm not really looking anywhere else) and good Lord, what ISN"T expensive these days?! :-)

Customer service was helpful. When my first shirt preview was not what I wanted, they quickly made the changes and our shipment came five days earlier than anticipated.

Karina provided exceptional customer service. I booked my appointment at the last minute--towards the end of the day. She not only waited for me but she presented excellent options for my birthday t-shirt! Delivery was 1 week sooner than I expected!

Custom Ink was fabulous from start to finish. I needed a little bit of help with our design and they got right back to me. It was even delivered four days early! I will come back to use Custom Ink again, without a doubt!
