The staff at Custom Ink answered all my questions and took care to understand my concerns. They made adjustments to our graphics, which I worried I was being picky about, though no detail was too small for them. They aim to please and make getting the product you dream of attainable.

Shirt was nice but not printed on the shirt I initially had wanted. Won't be ordering from here again. It allowed me to order the shirt and then when I called customer service to explain that it didn't upgrade my shipping even though I had selected the option, the service rep said I couldn't get it printed on the shirt I had ordered it on.

I have a wardrobe of CustomInk tshirts, jackets, & hoodies from companies, teams, and projects I've worked on over the last 15 years, and they've all held up -- great quality! But not this time. I just opened a box of 40 shirts with totally different printing that basically looks like faded stickers. Wish they would have warned me -- I would have changed the product or creative!

Amazing experience. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about their products and which one I should choose. They worked hard to find me the best price option and delivery speed. My order actually arrived early and the shirts look even better in person than on the computer. I will be ordering again!
