I loved ordering and making the shirts were so easy and came within 4-5 days

Customer service was great. Order process was excellent. We received our t-shirts before the expected delivery date which was great. Everyone loved them. We personally misjudged the sizes; now we know the t-shirts do run a little large. Overall, great job!

Had a slight issue with a couple shirts, Custom Ink (whitney) provided excellent customer service and were super friendly throughout the process. They truly mean they will make it right, they re printed three shirts in my order and that was extremely awesome of them. This is a great company! Their website is easy to navigate and design your own custom t-shirt. I love that there is no minimum order on shirts, it makes it easy to try a design before a full commitment. I received my order fast!

Customer service was excellent! There was a lot of back and forth with questions, making sure the design could be seen with the color of the shirt, needing yo change shirt product. In the end every thing was great and I was very pleased.

I enjoyed how easy it was to upload my design and place it on the shirt. The website was very intuitive and the price point for the shirts was fine. I think the final products looked pretty crunchy though. Obviously I know the design won't be picture perfect but it came out pretty pixelated. Nobody cared except for me though so take my opinion with a grain of salt

The price per shirt when re-ordering or ordering extras becomes cost prohibitive - especially when the shirts are for a fundraising event. I do appreciate that Custom Ink made a nominal donation to my non-profit/fundraiser, but I do wish there was a way to get more of a discount for repeat purchases (even low #).

I am super happy with the product I received. I uploaded my own art, chose the shirt I wanted and it came out exactly as I had hoped. The customer service I received was fantastic!

They did a great job printing my shirts and getting them to me a day early.

Only thing is 400 for a few shirts was more expensive than what we would think for what you get.

My upload images turned out very clear. I will use custom ink again. My only complaint is that I wish I could order few shirts and that the cost per shirt wouldn’t be so expensive.
