This is the 4th shirt my husband and I created together for my sisters and my girl trips. Except for a color missing on one of them in the design in the past that Custom Ink corrected (love your customer service!) and sent out quickly due to my leaving the next week I have been 100% happy through the years!

All the other shirts I’ve ever got from custom were great. This one was horrible.

There was a strange hold on my account because we had a trademarked logo on our shirts, and it made me very confused because I would get an email that said there was a hold, then another that the proofs were all good. I connected with a representative and they explained the issue immediately to me and helped fix our logo to make things better. I had a great experience talking to customer support.

I was very disappointed in Custom Ink's customer service and communication. No one responded to my emails and I had to call to finally get some answers. I was unable to get the shirts originally ordered and then didn't receive the full refund for the difference in price. They shirts were received two days later than promised. The entire experience was frustrating!

Easy fun website. Great customer service, the shirts arrived well before their estimated delivery date. The graphic was a little off, but we were able to fix it.

I was excited about the shirts for my team as a celebration, but very poor print job. Stains on the shirts and fuzzy prints. Very bad experience. Will not be ordering again.

The tag that Custom Ink put on the shirts when through the collar and I am unable to pull it out after cutting it. Also, one tag was punched into two areas on a shirt and now has caused a noticeable hole because you can see the white size tag through it. I immediately submitted a request about this along with pictures, but no one has followed up with me other than this survey a few days later. For the price I paid I am surprised by this.

Great experience. I wish the shirts were a little less expensive.

I love Custom Ink! I order CI custom prints often for the school that I work at — shirts, hats, sweatshirts, bags, mugs, you name it — and every single rep I've spoken with over the years has truly been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Every product I've ordered came out perfectly, too!

Other than my frustration when designing a shirt and it takes me so much longer to do, I love Custom Ink and have recommended you to so many people who have commented and asked where I got my shirts. When I finally finish and order I can't wait for my shirts to come. The printing and colors are always beautiful and the shirts are top quality. They last forever through many washings and never fade.

Our tee shirt came out great but the sweathshirt printing was sub par, the ink is barely present and looks like the sweatshirt that is brand new never washed has been washed 100 times and the ink has faded. There was not enough ink used on the sweathshirt and you can see the garment through the ink.

Custom Ink was good to work with. Quick response to any questions I had. The turnaround time was very quick as well. We used them for t-shirts for our church, and we will definitely use them in the future.

Custom Ink over exceeded my expectations! Printed, shipped, and delivered very quickly. The printing on the shirts was of excellent quality. These shirts will make our classroom event so special!
