My only misfortune was that I submitted the design with an expectation--based on what I read in the online process--that someone would be contacting me to confirm that the design could be printed. In the meantime, I contacted the vendor mentioned in the design to make sure they would be okay with it. They got back to me in just a few hours and asked me to not use that design, so I quickly modified the artwork and uploaded it, then tried to replace my original upload, only to learn it had already gone to print. So, kudos on how quickly you did your internal process from order to print, but you might want to change some of your language to indicate that if there are no problems that the design will go to print without further communications. Don't get me wrong, this is my mistake, but it was all in good faith. I'm trying to decide if it's worth submitting for a new shirt since I can't wear the one I got in public. I do, very much, like your online tools and ease of ordering. And I've learned my lesson to get that permission FIRST.

T shirt print quality is poor and peeled off after the first wear, prior to even being washed once.

Custom Ink in my opinion has the beat website and options for printing T - shirts and hats . Easy to use customizable tools .

I ordered this shirt to support my daughter for softball. The words were done in her favorite colors and it looks awesome. Very happy with the overall product

Custom Ink sent many emails to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! They even told me that I ordered 2 different colors of RED and asked if that was what I intended? NOPE! I was in error and it was AWESOME that they took pride in how the shirt looked! Thank you!!

Would work with custom ink again, group order and separate payment option made this unbelievably easy. We far surpassed our minimum order quantity (more than double), just wish we could have benefitted from a price decrease, switch to fundraising, or a few free shirts.

My shirts were created and shipped in such a short time. The front and back design turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

This year I was very impressed with my order from Custom Ink. All the same T-shirts were used, the printing was done very well, and the sizes were true to form. Last year, two times there were problems with my order and because of my inconvenience, Custom Ink gave me a $40.00 coupon to use for my next order. It was well appreciated and very useful this year!

Service and website were fine. I suggest more accurate sizing and possibly offer more 1 quantity orders. Have a higher standard for the quality of the shirts you sell and better idea of the inaccurate sizes so you can direct customers accordingly ("this shirt is thin and very loose with cheap printing so you are aware of what you're buying")

Custom Ink was very easy to work with. This was actually my second order with them. I reordered shirt i had ordered before. The only thing that wasn't super exceptional is the packing of the shirts they where kind of out of order but it wasn't to hard to sort it all out. But the quality, the versatility was great, and speed of processing and shipping was amazing.

Company is great, would like to see more shirts with no minimum.

The ordering process was simple and easy to use. This was also my first time designing a shirt, and Brianna, a satisfaction associate, made sure the ordering process was as easy as possible. She walked me through a list of specific questions I needed to answer in regard to our university for our order to be properly processed. Simple and to the point. I will be back in the future.
