My sales rep was great. Without her help, I would have been lost figuring out what to do or understand pricing. I placed my order on Wednesday and the items (140qt) shipped the very next day. Very impressed by the service and speediness.

The printing on the bags was quick. Got them within a few days.

Great customer service! I had to get artwork approved and added a shirt on late and everything went smoothly. My only meh, was they slightly changed my artwork but I did check the box that said I didn’t need to approve a tweak to the artwork, so that was my bad. But it still looks great and considering I need them about a week before I ordered them lol the super rush was worth every penny and they arrived two days earlier than expected.

Service was at the last minute (for many reasons) and was great. I had the product a day ahead of schedule. Great service

I ordered a shirt for a family member and paid extra for expedited shipping. I admit I was concerned that the shipping would not work since it was a few days before July 4th and delivery was promised on the fourth, when I knew it would not happen. However, Customink got the shirt to its destination on July 3rd and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with her customized shirt. Superb service and a great product!

The customer service was amazing. Tahja B. was a lifesaver. It was a bit confusing when I was creating a design for both adult and youth sizes of a sweatshirt, as I was unsure how the design and ordering process would work for both. I called, and he helped me make both sizes available and corrected the design to ensure it would look good on both sizes of sweatshirts. The sweatshirts arrived, ahead of schedule by almost 5 days, and they looked great!

Wonderful experience. Online easy to upload images and create the shirt design. I placed an order and quickly realized I needed an additional shirt so after calling customer service in a panic, since all my shirts were being express shipped, the staff easily changed my order and I received my shirts in a few days. Thank you!

Customer service reached out to me and helped me fix the design to make it pop more and i appreciated that. One thing I noticed was that customer service would always reach out to me at around 5:30-5:50 but they close at 6:00. This made the process much longer because I would respond 30 minutes later than they messaged meaning i’d had to wait a day to hear another response. That was minor my frustrating (as it happened twice) but everyone was very kind.

In light of so much AI these days it was nice to communicate with real people who could interpret well. It was a pretty good experience.

The tee shirt was printed perfectly and arrived at my door two business days later, I was blown away by the quality and speed!

Customer service wasn’t bad. Lost part of my order and sent out new orders. Have yet to receive them when the event is in 3 days. So pretty bummed it won’t all show. Was expecting something completely different. Expecting a screen print and not a digital print. Was pretty price for just a digital print. The print came out super blurry and not what I was expecting. Super disappointed about it

Appreciated the fast turnaround on our order. We made a last-minute decision to order the shirts for a company event, and they beat the guaranteed delivery date by one day. We appreciated that so much and we loved the quality of the shirt and the artwork was as promised. Thank you Custom Ink!

The website made it easy to place the order. We had to rush the order because we waited too long to order, and they had an excellent option for us. We received the order a day earlier than we expected.
