I’m working on a shirt for my group to wear for my bachelor party, I found Custom Ink and made one shirt as a test to see how it came out. The print was great and the shirt quality was excellent! We’ll be ordering the rest of the shirts now that we received the first shirt.

Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and prompt. The art that was touched up looked amazing and our students (and teachers) are thrilled about the t-shirts!

We were overall satisfied with the ease of use for the website, ordering process, customers service, order communication and speed of order. We were slightly disappointed about the quality of printing on the t-shirts. (Sweatshirts were much more consistent.) Due to the deadline of when needed them and the overall level of seriousness of the shirts, it was not worth it to follow up about getting some replaced. It may sway my decision in the future though.

I am always happy with the quality of the items I order from Custom Ink but the customer service is unreliable. Not getting licensing approved on one product (bags), while approving the same design on another (t-shirt), especially when placed at the same time caused some unnecessary frustration. And then speaking to customer service and not having them resolve the issue, has made me hesitant about ordering anything time-sensitive again.

The website and interface were great. The quality of the shirt was very good as well. The only problem was the printing on the shirt left a little to me desired.

It was fun to design the t-shirt and the quality of the print job is excellent. I also think the price was fair.

Good quality shirts My print was a little off from what I wanted

I have used Custom Ink a few times. This time, I ordered this shirt for my husband for a joke at his work. The overall fit and design are perfect. The colors of the print are vibrant and the print is think enough to hold up through several washes. I highly recommend Custom Ink for you shirt and accessory needs.

The lettering is not attached to the t-shirt well. Some letters are peeling of after first wash (air dried). This is disappointing since it seems the shirts will not last very long. The shirt quality is good and soft.

Custom Ink was overall very easy to work with. They responded quickly, made the ordering process smooth, and shipped the shirts out very quickly. I was highly impressed with the entire process and would definitely work with them again.
