Overall, Custom Ink has been really great to work with. They were extremely communicative and responsive through the entire process. I had some frustrations with the organization I was ordering for not approving the design in time, but Custom Ink did everything they could to help and kept me informed along the way. My order included 1 youth sized shirt for a little person in my organization. Initially Custom Ink told me they could not do both the adult sized pocket tees and a youth sized shirt in the same order (because they do not make youth sized pocket tees). This was extremely disappointing because I wanted to get an appropriately sized shirt for everyone and ensure inclusion. After a conversation with Custom Ink, I accepted that they had certain policies and asked them to proceed with the order anyway, eliminating the youth sized shirt. However, when I opened my order, much to my surprise, the youth size was right on top. Huge thank you to Custom Ink for accommodating the needs of my order and it meant a lot to that person in our organization.

Custom Ink has made their website very user friendly and the shipping was right on when they said it would arrive. The quality of the shirts were excellent. Im very happy with everything. Thanks.

We have been happy with Custom ink and their customer service in the past. Even on this order I had to place an additional order and they helped me quickly and gave me the same price. The customer service was fantastic. However I was not happy with the quality of this print. Some of our designs were smeared and you could see a faint brown halo around the designs as if they were put on too hot. And two of the shirts the design was completely changed. We have loved custom ink in the past and we trust they will make this right. I would not be too hesitant to work with them again. Their customer service has always been fantastic and our last orders were great.

Took a while to submit my design to licensing for approval (they have a contract with the people I work for) and we were already on a tight schedule. Thankfully, the shirts were able to arrive in time but it was very close and stressful that they might not.

I designed my own shirt and it was VERY user friendly software, and it came out perfect.

Very disappointed in Custom Ink. I used to order from them years ago and the print quality has definitely went down. I ordered two T-shirts and was surprised to see the difference in print quality. They both were dull looking but one was definitely duller than the other. I ordered the same exact T-shirt from Rush Order Tees and it was 1000% better. It looked so vibrant and my logo really popped. Sadly, I wasted my money and will NOT be ordering from Custom Ink again.

This is the 4th custom shirt company I have used. It is not the most expensive but it is the best. They are able to handle multi color graphics and also make a custom shirt that is not loaded with paint. The shirts are extremely comfortable. Service is prompt and thorough and I feel confident passing the extra cost on to my customers because I know they will appreciate the extra quality.

Experience was good, however the writing on the back of the shirt is about 3 inches too low. A little disappointing but workable.

It was easy to reorder our shirts and have them delivered. The process was fast, easy and prompt as ever with helping us get it done on time!

When another company we dealt with for years decided to no longer a vendor for our school I had no way of ordering replacement shirts for our group. Custom Ink was able to recreate our shirts and got them to us in enough time for our event! They made me a customer for life!

It's so easy to design the exact shirt you want on Custom Ink's website! I wish they could figure out how to make tax exempt purchasing so easy.

Material is very cheap looking for the amount I was charged per shirt. The printing looks very faded. Does not look anything like my previous orders.
