The customer service was great and speedy. My experience with Jenna Kranzberg was great! She responded to emails very quickly, helped pick out our shirt color, and made sure our order made here on time.

The quality of the shirts and artwork were just what we were looking for. They went above and beyond to make our first experience great. We will be ordering again in the near future.

Small order (one shirt) or large easy to work with and on time delivery

I had a great experience ordering with Custom Ink! It was easy to design the shirt I wanted. Wasn't sure if there would be copyright issues or not, but there weren't! It arrived early and I got a notification email about it, which was very helpful since I wasn't expecting it that day. And lastly, the shirt looks GREAT! Thank you all for providing this service, it made me happy and I'll definitely be recommending you and ordering again in the future.

Jewel was super helpful and made the process of ordering our custom party shirts really easy—they came out so cute and got lots of compliments! Unfortunately, the final shirts ran smaller than expected compared to what we tried in-store, and we had a few quality issues (a hole in one and a loose seam in another). Still, we appreciated the care Jewel put in and wanted to share this feedback for future orders.

Unable to reach customer service for help on sizing and possible exchange. The quality of design was spot on. I would give this service a 7 out of 10. For the price of shirt would expect 10 out of 10.

I ordered 3 shirts of the design in different colors. Placing my order was super easy. I had the shirts arrive on different dates and unfortunately one of them was lost in the mail. I contacted customer support and she was absolutely amazing! She was able to refund the expedited shipping fee I paid PLUS send me a new shirt at no cost to me!! Great customer service and quality products for a reasonable price. I will be coming back to get some more items, my husband coach’s an AAU basketball team and the girls will freak out when they see customized products for them!!

Great way to create a wearable statement tee shirt.

Great quality and so happy with most of my order. A few of the shirts were off center and unable to be used due to this.

Outside of the larger shirts having scripts printed off center it was very easy and the timeliness of delivery was appreciated.
