Ashford Hoag was the Custom Ink Rep who worked with me on this order. They were incredibly insightful and resourceful, accommodating to all of our needs as they arose. My one complaint is receiving samples of the shirts so close to production and shipping. If everything turned out great in one go then there wouldn't have been a problem. However one of the designs came out poorly which meant it needed to be remade. This put our deadline for our event in jeopardy. I'd highly recommend sending out samples much sooner to avoid this nightmare. That being said Ashford did an amazing job navigating this issue and reassuring that the deadlines would be met. It came down to the wire but we managed to get everything done on time. I'm truly grateful to Ashford and the rest of the Custom Ink team that made this happen.

So easy to use custom ink. Great options from brand of shirt to colors to graphics.

I love Custom Ink. They have the Comfort Colors t-shirts I love, orders are processed quickly, and customer service is great.

I love everything I ordered. I dont care for the color we chose on the dark grey shirt. It's hard to read. Yet the ice grey was on the do not select list and I think it would have been a better look. I already had comments that people couldn't read the dark teal on the dark grey shirt. The same color on navy looks great though.

The ability to custom design on your site was way easier than other sites, and both the quality of the shirt and the printing was also better. I will 100% be using Custom Ink again in the future.

Custom Ink was incredibly helpful. I was designing a shirt in memory of a friend. We were doing a run/walk for Pancreatic Cancer. They designed my shirt at no cost and we went through several rounds of edits. They were open and responsive to feedback and made sure we had a shirt we really liked.

Easy to design and order. The shirts came out perfectly and were really nicely organized in the box.

I did not get all of the sizes I ordered, but I made it work. Also, I didn't realize that I would have to pay the difference if all of the shirts were not ordered until after I sent out the link. Luckily, my company paid the difference.

We have ordered several t-shirts and other promotional products from Custom Ink. Always great pricing. When we called, the agents were helpful and professional.

Custom Ink went above and beyond to help fix up the logo I had uploaded and to reprint it on the shirt I picked out. I am very happy overall with the customer service and order.

We had too many people making decisions on design, so we were cutting the delivery date close. The order came early! I have ordered several times before and as always the printing is quality. I have shirt 6 years old, printing still looks good!

I wish I had someone more carefully review my order for placement of the screening on the front. It is in a very bad place for most women. I didnt realize when I saw it on the shirt on the website

Shirt was not as comfortable as advertised and logo appeared to be larger on shirt in the design process. Little on the expensive side for what you get. Not sure I will be placing another order.

The shirt quality is terrible for the price!! The embroidery could have been a bit neat. I would return, BUT only if the shirt quality improves. Otherwise, no.
