I was very impressed with the speed and quality of my order. I had ordered 60 shirts, rush delivery, and received my order on the exact day it had estimated. My design could've been a little more vibrant but that was a design flaw on my end.

Customer provided a product for me. That was exactly what I wanted. The fit was perfect, the triblend is so comfortable and soft on my skin. I wanna wear it every day. The graphics came out exactly as I wanted. Overall, I would recommend custom ink to anybody who wants a quality product.

The shipping was incredibly fast and communication about my order was fantastic. The product is great. I received my order about 6 days before it was thought to arrive. I am very pleased.

Fantastic overall experience ordering from Custom Ink. The website was easy to navigate. The design process was made simple. Products arrived by the expected delivery day. Professional packaging. Everything came out great! I would definitely order from here again.

The shirts look good and the order was correct but they came 4 days late after I paid alot of money for fast shipping.

I ordered these shirts for a bachelor party in a 6 hour endurance karting race. During that day we experienced a heat advisory which was abnormal for the area. During that day the heat index was above 100°F with high humidity and not a cloud in the sky, plus the racing suits, the heat of the tarmac, and the racing kart itself. Even with all of that heat needless to say we were drenched in sweat everytime we got off the track, however after about a half hour of sitting in some shade the shirts were completely dry and showed no signs of sweat absorption (in a good way). Thanks to these shirts we were able to survive the day and look good doing it. The printing on the shirts also remained perfectly intact and even after a couple of washes already still looks brand new. The customer service with the printing was also well above expected and really help ease my mind leading up to the event.

While it appeared that Custom Ink was meant for companies that make large purchases, I was pleased to see they were willing to accommodate an individual purchase. I was looking for something special for my sister to cheer her up and this did the trick! While it was a little expensive it was well worth it. The custom printing was excellent and they offer quality T-shirts. I was given a shipping date and it turned out it was delivered 6 days earlier than expected. I have absolutely no complaints.

I'm a returning customer for over 8 years now so that should day something. I've ordered very nice quality goodies for my organization as well as multiple t shirts with our logo printed nicely and some personal art of mine too. I'm working on our next design to have printed on our next t shirts from Custom Ink.

Custom Ink's customer service is first rate! They carefully review the product and design you order to ensure that it will be produced to the highest quality before production begins. In my case, they completed my order several days ahead of time and I received it about a week earlier than I expected. Needless to say, I was delighted with their service and the water bottles that I ordered!

The ordering process was very frustrating and confusing. I ordered youth and adult sizes, then days later was told that youth extra small would not be available. When I asked about switching to a youth small, I was told that NO youth sizes were available and I would have to pay extra to get a second product. I told them that I wasn't sure if I would be proceeding with my order and suddenly all sizes were available and my order was submitted. This caused my order to be delayed though, so my students did not receive them when expected. I finally did receive my order and rather than the pink and hot pink printing that I ordered and paid for, everything was printed in white to the point that the text was unreadable. I reached out to customer service about this 2 days ago and still have not heard back from them.

Custom Ink is the BEST! The logo I uploaded was not high res and Custom Ink, cleaned it up and it is so crisp and quality of the print is out standing. I am SO impressed by the product I received and ordering it was super easy. Love that Custom Ink keeps you informed of the status of your order through the entire process. I can't wait to submit another order because I know I will not be disappointed :). Thank you, it is a relief to get a product as expected these days :).

The shirt was easy to design. The outcome was exactly what I expected. I wore it to an event the next day and it was positively noticed!!!

Again, these comments are not directly related to the two 5X Gildan shirts ordered, but to the larger Hanes shirts order. It was not clear that the art I originally uploaded was not screen-printable on the Hanes Perfect T. So, I was asked to change the t-shirts to Hanes Essential T so they could be digitally printed, which resulted in a refund and a color change. Then, after several days I was informed that the quantity - over 400 shirts - was not tenable and the artwork needed to be converted so it could be screen-print-compatible. The samples I had seen of converted artwork did not instill confidence in me that the artwork would look very good as a result of conversion, so I was hesitant. But, after providing high-res art for conversion, it was deemed adequate so we proceeded. As a result of now having screen-printable art, I requested that the T-shirts be switched back to the Hanes Perfect T so we could get the Equilibrium Green that was not available in Hanes Essential T. I was assured that the T-shirt would be switched. However, when the shirts arrived the other day they were produced on the Hanes Essential T in Sand instead of the Hanes Perfect T in Equilibrium Green. Long story short: there was a lot of back and forth between myself and customer service (and they were helpful - even over the weekend), but ultimately we did not receive what were expecting.

I wish I had the opportunity to confirm the tshirt one last time before it went to print. I designed it and then thought twice about some choices. I reached out on the website the evening I designed the shirt and sent it in and then called the next day but they said there was nothing they could do to change the shirt. So I ended up having to make a whole other shirt. So I essentially paid $120 for one tshirt. Which doesn't make a lot of sense since both were delivered on the same day. Why couldn't changes be made to the shirt??

Great service, speedy processing and shipping- ordered same day as an order from RushOrderTees. Didn't select special shipping from either company and Custom Ink's package arrived over a week ago. Still waiting on my order from RushOrder....
