Very easy and convenient to do online. Printing and shipping time is great. Only complain would be that I would’ve liked to have been able to print my image a little larger than what is allowed.

The shipping was fast, I got it done than expected. Very good quality. I will be ordering from them again.

Again, second line should have been cleaned up, at the least I should have been contacted before printing and shipping.

I was happy with the shipping/delivery time of this project. I was pretty unhappy with how the design came out printed on the shirts and the inconsistencies across the 18 shirts I ordered. I ended up giving the crappy print jobs to myself and my family so no guests had to go home with a shirt that was kind of blurry, etc. I wouldn't order them again, and to be honest, I regret spending any money on getting these tshirts at all.

My order was more complex than not, so the amount of back and forth is to be expected. That could be tightened up a little, but honestly your team did well with the work. The colors had to be redone, but they were right the second time. All in all, for offering 3 options to my team and shipping to each address - I am impressed. Thank you!

We needed our shirts with a quick turnaround for my moms cancer walk. Custom Ink surpassed our expectations with shipping quality and overall product. We designed it and needed it within a week. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and amazing to include the person online in the chat! Highly recommend.

The interface for Custom Ink was very easy to use, both for our first order in 2023 and for our second order of the same design in 2025. The shirts were very nice quality, and the hoodies were soft and comfy. One thing I’d appreciate is an estimator tool that let us put in an overall number of shirts instead of breaking up by size, and allowing an estimate for a reorder without clicking to modify the design, but it was generally relatively painless and straightforward. I had our team order on a Google form with names and orders into a spreadsheet, then I filled in the final amounts and shipped them to our house. I put name tags on the shirts and grouped similar orders together with a rubber band. The order arrived two days before it was originally due. Thanks, Custom Ink! :)
