I’ve been searching for a good company to make my T-shirts, Custom Ink is my final search. What I ordered, is what I get, no back and forth emails. Every design matters, guarantee satisfaction.

I needed a single item quickly, and decided to test CustomInk out with the intention of potentially giving additional business in the future. This would not only have included my current company, but also our parent company. I've been a graphic designer working with print companies for 15 years. I've printed countless gear and promotional wear for my company. i decided to give custom ink a try because I needed something quick. The price was expensive, but I thought because you're a large company, you could handle it. I submitted my design. I did test prints in house based on the sizing I wanted and entered into your site. I gave the direct outlined illustrator files. There should have been 0 changes made to my imagery. I waited and waited for the proof. I happened to notice it in my account, with major errors, and immediately contacted customer service to have them change it. The front logo, meant to be in white, had been altered and changed to black, then placed in a terrible location. The back had been shrunk and moved lower. She was nice, but the policy about no mockups for single pieces is a terrible practice. My company logo was altered for no reason. CustomInks designers must be interns and have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

At times, it was frustrating that everytime I contacted Custom Ink about my order(s), a new customer service rep was assigned, resulting in me re-explaining our situation. Overall, they were very helpful and kind, but no one could answer me about how long logo approval takes and how that process works.

The customer service I received from Kathy was like no other! Really helped me to organize my order and make sure all of my requests were noted. Our shirts turned out just right thanks to her help!

I have designed several shirts over the years as gifts that CustomInk has produced for me, and everyone has loved them and wanted to know how that I did it! I will no doubt continue to make them as they are always a surprise and great gift idea.

I’m always pleased with the results, and it’s fun to make your own tee. I especially like that many tee options have no minimum order, since I’m often just making one or two.

Awesome print way better than i was expecting. It feels durable, no itchyness where the print is which was my big concern

Very pleased with my order in every way. I had to get one t-shirt replaced and they did that with no problem!

Do not order this shirt. There is no quality in the garment. The seams come apart with first wash.

Easy and quick designing on the website, it removed the background for me and I could change the color to anything. The shirts came out better than I expected and they came so fast! We paid for rush shipping for the 4th of July and they came when they said they would no delay! Definitely will be ordering again, thank you

Overall good experience, however I was disappointed that the order was held up due to the BSA Logo trademark. I paid extra to expedite the shipping and due to the order being held up, our hoodies did not arrive in time for us to take them to camp. (Which means I paid extra for no reason.)

There's a very large product offering allowing us to find something within the budget of a new company. The website ordering pages and customer service were only mediocre. I couldn't change the product once the process started which forced me to start a second order almost resulting in doubling the order had I not clicked on a certain button during the final order review which was easy to miss. While reps were always courteous, instructions were not always followed and required being repeated during conversations and to the next rep spoken to, even with notes typed in the comments on the website, in order to get things right. There's no opportunity to view previous versions for comparison when making changes to the design. This hinders decision making. Ultimately the logo still wound up being 4" long when it should've been 3" long. However, it's not a reason to refuse the order. I'm unsure about using this site again, however, the only options to that question are Yes and No.

I was in a position of having to place my order with no lead time. I was able to call and get everything squared away on the phone. Their service department was exceptional. I had the shirts delivered on time and the order was perfect. I'm very impressed and will absolutely use them again. Thank you for the help. The children in my kids camp were overjoyed when they saw their camp shirts.

Custom Ink's ability for me to upload or create our own unique logo, alter colors, sizes and the selection of different products to choose from make using their service a "no brainer". I love the design tool and ability to create things with low minimum ordres.

At this point, no one from customer service has reached out to help rectify my issue, so I can't do this either.
