Absolutely satisfied. Although they may have been a tiny bit costly, the customer service Wes above and behind. My rep helped me better than any other customer service experience I’ve ever had. The website to design the shirt was very user friendly. This was a last minute birthday gift for my husband & once I got through ordering the shirt, the estimated delivery date was about a week after my husband's birthday & I didn't want to expedite it. Not a big deal, since I knew I didn't order it in time, so figured it would be a fun surprise for him a week later. The shirt actually arrived earlier than expected and days BEFORE my husband's birthday!!! I was so happy! Great turnaround time, at least in my experience! Would definitely order from Custom Ink again in the future!
